Robert R. Meredith, Jr. currently lives in Charleston with his wife Beth and their dog Winston.  In May of 1996 he founded the Charleston office and in February 2008 he founded the Columbia office.

Elizabeth Jenkins was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia.  After graduating from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, she moved to Charleston with her husband, Charles.  They currently reside on Johns Island with their dog and two cats.

jimmy hinson

James ("Jimmy") E. Hinson

James ("Jimmy") E. Hinson was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2007. He is admitted to practice law in both state and federal court. He currently resides in Columbia with his wife Janelle and two sons.

  • Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina
    in 2004
  • Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Memphis School of
    Law where he received a CALI (American Jurisprudence) award in   
    Bankruptcy Law.
